Apple has recently announced that the iPhone will become available in Canada later this year through Rogers,although nothing about timetable or pricing plans.
Rogers was always expected to be the carrier as they are the only one of the three telecom operators in Canada ( the others being Bell and Telus) that could support the iPhone.

The US's dept. of Homeland Security has flagged up a potential virus for the iphone by way of reports it has received of a trojan software program . Full details given below.
The term trojan refers to any software that appears to do one thing but actually does another , hence the name. It doesn't have to be a virus or malicious code , but normally is.
Other reports suggest this trojan only affects iphones that have been already been hacked.
