Web 2 goes mobile

The first of four web 2 expos's finished in San Francisco last month , the other three being in New york , Berlin and Tokyo , later this year.

Whilst the term web 2 can mean pretty much anything you want it to , one of the chief areas of focus here was the mobile web , and how it is likely to explode in the not to distant future.

There was a real sense of both urgency and opportunity , especially for developers to shape the future of the mobile internet , by what they can come up with that will drive the devices about to come out.
